ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I, the undersigned, voluntarily agree to participate in a 90-minute yoga class and sound bath facilitated by Sara Lancaster (Lancaster Group LLC) and Kimberly Bury.

Yoga Risks: I understand yoga involves significant risks, including falls, strains, sprains, property damage, serious injury, or death.

Sound Bath Risks: I understand that sound baths (using crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes) may involve emotional release, heightened sensory sensitivity, physical discomfort from lying still, and temporary changes in mood or awareness.

Environmental Risks: I assume risks related to facilities, temperature, weather, hydration, and the negligence of myself or others.

Full Responsibility: I willingly assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, resulting from my participation.

HEALTH & MEDICAL REPRESENTATION

Not Medical Care: I understand that yoga and sound baths are not substitutes for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

Practitioner Status: I acknowledge that the instructors are not licensed physicians, mental health professionals, or employees of the hosting facility.

Physical Fitness: I affirm that I have no impairments that would endanger myself or others.

Condition Disclosure: I will notify the instructor of any medical conditions or pregnancy before class. I will remove myself from participation if I feel discomfort.

RELEASE, WAIVER, & INDEMNIFICATION

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Sara Lancaster (Lancaster Group LLC) and Kimberly Bury, and their principals, agents, and volunteers from any claims or liabilities arising out of participation, including those attributed to negligence.

Indemnification: I accept financial responsibility for any injury I cause to myself or others and agree to indemnify the released parties for any costs, including attorney's fees, arising from my participation.

Successors: This agreement is binding upon my heirs, representatives, and assigns.

ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW

Colorado Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with exclusive venue in Arapahoe County.

Arbitration: My sole remedy for any dispute is binding arbitration within six months of the incident. I will pay half of the arbitrator's costs and all of my own legal fees.

Jury Waiver: I hereby waive any right to trial by jury.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

I have read this document and understand that I am waiving valuable legal rights. I sign this voluntarily and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder continues in full force.
