Our free yoga classes will be held every Wednesday starting May 6 at Serenity Ridge neighborhood park (along S Oak Hill Way in between Millbrook Way and E Frost Place in Aurora). Time is TBD based on survey results.

Teachers will guide you in a gentle flow where we sync breath to movement. Expect some meditation and yin and restorative poses sprinkled in, too.

Bring your mat, water bottle, and a friend if you like. No pets please.
